Mat Classes include exercise routines that stretch, strengthen, and increase flexibility in both upper and reduced human body with special focus on the abdominal and back muscles.

The courses utilize smaller Pilates equipment such as Fitness Circles, Foam Rollers and Balls. Participants will find out the Pilates Principles while enjoying beneficial and invigorating exercise. Pilates Private Sessions San Diego
