We are proud to announce our tenth year in business in the Carmel Valley area of San Diego.  Pilates People offers a range of classes to suit everybody's goals and personal style. From the precision and control of traditional Pilates to the all-out intensity our Hardcore and Circuit classes, every class employs a new, fun and fresh approach to keep you on your toes.  We also specialize in physical therapy and will bill your insurance plan for your treatment! We are conveniently located just off the Carmel Mountain Road exit of Interstate 5, on Sorrento Valley Road just north of the Coaster Station.
