HARDCORE: Cardio-Pilates: combines elements of traditional Pilates with attention to alignment and optimum core control with fast paced functional fitness moves. This class utilizes the Pilates reformer and other weights and props in one fast paced hour. Your heart rate will soar as you burn calories in this class. Not intended for beginners! Be prepared to sweat.
CORE CIRCUIT: This class combines the new science of core stability We have fused Pilates with functional training to create this high resistance, low impact workout. This class utilizes several of the Pilates apparatus. Not intended for beginners! You will be sure to feel the burn!
