Seeing a profound need for specialized programs individually tailored and implemented to clients’ specific needs, Dave and Doreen Hall opened Pilates People- a facility that offers critical thinking abilities based in the underlying science not only of Pilates, but in the understanding of applied anatomy and physiology, Physical Therapy and the mind-body connection.

Locations

Pilates People Fitness and Physical Therapy in Carmel Valley was founded in 2001 by David and Doreen Hall, both of whom have coupled their academic training with many years of experience in the fields of fitness and physical therapy. The success of their first Pilates studio location in Carmel Valley led them to expand into a much larger space by opening Pilates People in the Torrey Hills area of Carmel Valley in October of 2006. The facility includes a beautifully appointed Pilates studio with an abundance of natural light, and a spa-like Physical Therapy studio in a setting which utilizes the Pilates principles for rehabilitation.

Services

Our Pilates studio offers private and group Pilates sessions for all levels. We also have a full service physical therapy office, Carmel Valley Physical Therapy. We accept and bill all major insurance plans. We will communicate with your doctor to be sure that your treatments are exactly what you need. We offer complimentary consultations to get you started.
